How much is rent at The Woods at Shannon Lake?
One-bedroom apartments start at $1,095 a month and two-bedroom apartments at $1,169. Prices change with availability, so the available homes page always has today’s rent.
What floor plans do you have?
One-bedroom, one-bath homes of 830 to 866 sq. ft. and two-bedroom, two-bath homes of 1,150 sq. ft.
How do I apply?
Pick an open home on the available homes page and select Apply Now. The application is online and the fee is $75 per applicant.
What deposit do I need?
You can choose a guarantor bond, or pay a security deposit based on your credit.
What other monthly costs are there?
Water is $50 a month for a one-bedroom and $60 for a two-bedroom, valet trash is $25 and pest control is $5.
Do you accept pets?
Yes. Cats and small to medium dogs are welcome. There is a $400 one-time pet fee and $40 a month. Assistance animals are not pets and are welcome under fair housing law.
Can I tour before I apply?
Yes. Request a tour with the day and time that suit you and the leasing team will confirm by phone or text. You can also call or text (770) 964-5909. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
What amenities are there?
An on-site lake, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a picnic and grill area, plus an on-site manager and maintenance team.
How far is the airport?
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is about 9 miles away, and downtown Atlanta is about 16 miles. Kroger and Walmart are under two miles away on Jonesboro Road.
How do current residents pay rent or request maintenance?
Through the online resident portal, where you can pay rent, set up autopay and submit maintenance requests.
